im sorry. i have released the wrong side of me today because of my anger.i am..too..afraid of what i have become today, because it is just NOT me. it is NOT me to shout back. but through this hard way, i have managed to voice out what that have been upsetting me all this while and i understand what you have been gone through.i didnt mean to tell you that all of us hated you right in your face and making you sink the fact in. now you have to know that you are currently working with people hating you secretly. i hope through this incident,it manage to open all of our eyes and work together as a team. i may be the first to do this. but im sure you wont forget this day. let us all work together and bring our sales up. dont worry! just stay happy and smile always. screw the area managers and the office. but,frankly,it feels good that i manage to tell what im not happy about and i hope that our relations as staffs and manager will be better and make teamwork WORK. ITS ROUGH TO SCREAM AT YOU BACK BUT IT FEELS GOOD BECAUSE I HAVE HOPE OF US HAVING GOOD WORKING RELATIONS IN THE FUTURE. I HOPE I PUT THE JUNIORS OUT OF THE LIVING HELL AND INSTEAD MAKE THE SHOP A BETTER PLACE TO WORK IN. and to my parents, sorry for not telling you all..but i want handle this on my own as i stepped immaturely into the working world and i hope i have done the best. |
