yoots peeps. sorry but please allow me some blogspace to vent my anger toward my stupid irresponsible bi***of a manager of mine. never have been so angry towards anyone before. but first and foremost,HAPPY V-DAY TO THE DIRE LOVEBIRDS OUT THERE. okay here goes. i started work at 12 in the afternoon and was all raved up because i was working with the two most favourite people at bata..ASHIKIN MASCOT AND NADIAH. working was fine until when a customer came in to change another pair of shoes for a size smaller. SIR said 'check first!" so i did. it was okay and i went behind to get the shoes.but he said "clean it first!" not knowing what to use to clean..i asked POLITELY.."is it okay if i use this?" (holding up the CIF SOLUTION.)the he said.."use the tissue lah, dok..u are slacking alot"...i took no notice of what he just said and find some tissue to clean.then...INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS,he said..."i give up on you ..go out go out." all i can said was.."WHAT?" and i hold back my tears but im sure that all my customers saw me.i thought i was going to get fired over cleaning some stupid shoes. then,he asked nadiah to take the shoes..instead of me.I FEEL DOWNRIGHT REJECTED. lets rewind... I SLACKED ALOT??? SORRY BUT I DONT THINK SO. customer service-wise: i never receive a complaint but have received tons of compliments before by many customers. cleaniness wise:i always make sure that the shop is clean.. i mop and sweep the floor..mind you. GREET-wise:i say my greeting LOUD AND CLEAR..just like you want us to. sales wise:hello..on some days i made the most sales and the most money FOR YOU. so what is the problem?? i dont get it..im confused. please tell me what is my mistake. please dont get happy the next minute and angry at the next. you have not make my working days very easy and i only stayed on because i want to collect some money for poly school.if it wasnt for that..I WOULD HAVE QUIT LONG TIME AGO. i have respect for all of my collegues but it is hard to have respect for you as MY MANAGER. you dont have trust in any of us and neither do we have trust in you. you may not know..but all of us hated your guts... YOU INCONSIDERATE,IRRESPONSIBLE,FEMALE- HEARTED,SELFISH ***** OF A MANAGER. THERE. i have vented my anger readers. okay..special thanks for sofia and her boyfriend for visiting me at the bata shop. and also thank you for JAMIE for buying the valentine day present for me.THE MUG IS SO CUTE! |
